The company has been in the livestock business for 40 years, and, for the past six years, it has also engaged in milk processing with the building of a self-contained dairy plant, transforming the milk of 300 sheep grazing on the company’s 40 hectares of land. Acquaranda also has a remarkable educational activity, with almost 2,000 children having already visited the educational farm set up by the company. The company transforms approximately 200 litres of milk per day into various cheeses, with a predominance of fresh, soft and spiced ones.
