
Sergio Pitzalis’ farm is located in the Municipality of Bracciano. The milk used for cheese-making comes only from his own sheep; the flock grazes wildly on the Bracciano hills and, during winter, it is fed on natural foods such as hay, barley, oats, broad beans, etc. The natural nutrition of the livestock, combined to the traditional method used to process the milk, grant the cheeses with ancient tastes and the guarantee of eating healthy, natural and genuine products. It is possible to taste and purchase cheese in the company’s own shop.
